About LinkSkimmr, a link-data tool made for fast triage

We built LinkSkimmr for people who open a stranger's domain and have to say something sensible within ten minutes.

What the product is

A REST API plus a free explorer. It returns backlinks, referring domains, anchor text, top pages and a 0-100 Domain Rating for any domain, as JSON.

The numbers come from our own web link graph: 181,132,097 domains, 2,774,625,913 domain-to-domain links and about 798.5 billion backlinks, built by our own crawler. The index refreshes roughly once a month, which is the first limit you should know about.

Pricing is prepaid. One credit costs $0.0001, so calls start at $0.10 per 1,000, and new accounts receive $100 of free credit with no card. There is no subscription and no monthly minimum.

Who writes the pages here

The LinkSkimmr research team writes and updates the guides. No individual is named, because the pages describe how our own data behaves rather than personal opinion.

Every guide states a lookup date or a limit when it matters. If a number looks off, run the free overview yourself and compare, as the ten-minute routine suggests.

For account questions, billing and anything else, sign in and use the account page. That is the single place where we handle contact.

The short list of free actions

The free ones are domain, overview, stats and suggest. Everything else costs 1 to 3 credits per call, billed once whatever the number of rows.

Why we kept it small

Consultants told us the same thing in different words. Big suites are wonderful on day ninety and clumsy on minute three.

So the product stays narrow on purpose: link data, a fixed set of actions, prices you can compute in your head. A bulk screen of up to 2,000 domains costs one credit, and a listing of referring domains costs two, whatever the number of rows up to 1,000.

The side effect is honesty about scope. When a job needs keywords, we say Ahrefs or Semrush will serve it better, and the side-by-side page shows where the line sits.

Sign-in is by Google account only, and top-ups are in USDT (TRC-20). That is the full list of ways in and out.

How to judge us before you pay

Run the free overview on three domains you know well. Compare the referring-domain counts with Ahrefs, Semrush or Majestic, expecting small differences, not matching numbers.

Our index is a different crawl of a very large web, so the counts will differ. If the order of the three sites by size matches, the tool will sort your lists well, and that is the job it was built for.

If the order does not match, tell us through the account page. Such reports are the fastest way we find gaps in the data.

Where to start

Type a domain into the checker on the home page. The result takes seconds, costs nothing and tells you whether the rest of the site is worth your evening.
